We have made it simple for you to set up a club by providing you with all the resources and support you need throughout the process. Follow the steps below.

Contact one of our sales staff for a free demonstration of the site and free ‘try before you buy’ should you wish.
Complete our agreement form.
On receipt of your resource pack and passwords, call our support staff to book in a 20 minute guided tour of the site and online resources.
Use the Assembly PowerPoint presentation to let the pupils and staff know about the new club and the Yearbook. Recruit pupils – you can even ask them to apply for a position on the team e.g. photographer, sports editor, etc. using our Application Forms!
Assign a room with internet access to hold the club. Use wall charts and posters and let the editorial team wear their badges with pride!
Download the Primary Yearbook Club session plans as a guide for themes each week so that the team learns a new skill enabling them to build a fantastic book with ease.
Follow the ’10 step’ online plan to guide you smoothly through the project. You decide how much/little you would like the pupils to contribute to the building of pages, proofreading etc. Use the online tutorial movies to demonstrate how the site works.

We hope you have fun! The first time you try anything new can be a bit daunting, remember to call on your Book-Builder Buddy anytime you need a hand!
